I flew my first flight of the year this week so all my counters excepts miles for upgrades were set at zero. I flew SEA-ORD-MSP ticketed in O class. I upgraded to X class on both segments. I expected to earn 100% of miles flown toward EQM (2221) and 50% EQP's (1110) since I booked in O. Today my summary shows that I earned the 2221 EQM's but that I earned 3083 EQP's How did I do this? I have flown the reverse trip since that trip but the miles have not posted yet. The only other AA transactions I made were to pay for my stickers (10 of them) and a one day AC pass. I have gold status and my bonus miles seem to have credited correctly.
