I think it is off limits now. I do remember, though, many years ago on one of my first J flights ever in OCW on a 777 I was feeling slightly unwell* and was hanging around the forward galley to try and sober up. One of the flight crew happened to come out and ask if I fancied a look in the cockpit. I jumped at the chance - I have to say it was fascinating and I still clearly remember the absolute mass of buttons and displays.

* Feeling unwell was due to ingesting too much champagne as on this flight my party of three were the only pax in the cabin so we got great service from the cabin crew who were very attentive at refilling glasses!
