It's unlikely you'll be inspected when crossing Schengen borders (some borders do get some scrutiny and special events can result in the temporary reintroduction of controls). As you are not entering or leaving the Schengen zone, I think a stamp is exceedingly unlikely (usually stamps are of the entry or exit variety).

Here, your passport and visa will definitely be inspected. CDG has a reputation for not stampting, however if you are traveling on a visa, you will be more likely to be stamped I would imagine.

Here it will depend. Given that you are traveling by train, you will probably be inspected.
Important point: you need a separate visa for Switzerland, as it is not currently a Schengen member!
