My wife has a woeful success rate (around 40/60 failure), so I'm far from convinced of the reliability of the current incarnation.

I only really use T1 and LGW N - can anyone tell me how the queue system is managed for multiple machines? Is it one queue per machine, or one general queue with the next person waiting getting the next machine? Believe me, this would make a BIG difference if you were stuck behind my wife
So long as the failure rate is false reject rather than false accept I'll be happy.

As for the queueing (sp?), I believe that the T5 sticky has a comment from someone on a recent trial to the effect that the Immigration Officer on the trial informed him that he/she believed that it would be a single queue

Further edit: Additional edit as the comment re queuing for Iris at T5 was also a quote from Worthing Scottish so I assume we're all looking for clarification on this one from someone who knows! - Right time for me to have a lie down after a rather liquid lunch!
