You will be absolutely fine. I've used my French-issued Schengen visa to enter Schengen-space at Finland, Iceland, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy and probably some other places too without anyone even giving it a second glance. Once its issued, you can legally use it to go wherever you want, provided the material circumstances of your trip do not change (eg. business trip cannot become study trip).
