I usually stay at this property the night before flying out of PHL. Last stay was about a month ago. Pretty standard FI.

One word of caution though, this property tacks on a $1.50/night safe charge. What gets my goat is it is an opt out charge, and about half the time they "forget" to remove the charge even though I insist on its removal every time I check in.
