Do not take the southern way around the beltway ... it is much longer and you are likely to get stuck in bridge traffic. It should be fine going north around the city that early in the morning. I would also avoid BW parkway and just take I-95 to 195.
Traffic is in your favor going that way in the morning. Driving 495 through Tysons hits incredible traffic. That is why 66E backs up at 495.
