Introduction of putrid mustard onion snacks.
Re-use of the same dishes over and over and over and over again. The same "trio of desserts" must have been on LHR-YYZ for at least 3 years.
Compared to CO last month EWR-LIS (not exactly a premium route) where they had soup, salad, well prepared beef and potatoes, good desserts, separate cheese service, etc.
