I read that too and, also without a copy, seem to recall that it was all service beginning July 8.
That said, however... this morning's 9:10am SAN-ORD served a hot breakfast in coach--yogurt, banana, granola crunch mix, and breakfast pizza-- something that I haven't seen since the post-9/11 cuts. That struck me as the beginning of resumed "full" breakfast service. Don't know what was served in F, though, and if it was indeed a hot breakfast eggs dish described in Hemispheres or my beloved fruit plate, finally returning to the skies...
