Looked at flying SQ for NRT-SFO but the price was 5k

1. What do you guys think of my first leg?
2. What *A flights would you recommend for the return?
God I love OT.... Welcome :mamoru:

Anyways, SQ doesn't fly NRT-SFO but NRT-LAX. They fly ICN-SFO, however.

If you really wanna do SQ... can do NRT-LAX/SQ and UA/AA/WN LAX-SFO/OAK... but the latter portion will be a separate ticket where anything happens on the SQ flight and you may be in a world of hurt.

That's steep for ticket, I think. I'd never pay that. I mean, if you need to be in PEK and NRT, consider a RT to either PEK or NRT and then "nest" your flight.

I'd advise flying SFO-NRT and then nesting NRT-PEK in there. www.no1travel.com is a Japanese consolidator and usually have decent deals to PEK from NRT.

Now, whether you earn UA miles or not depends on the consolidator rules/regs with the ticket, but I think this will cost more like $1200 r/t vs. $1000 for one leg.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
