Correct. Criminal charges are vastly different than many varied personal charges made by individuals against the former PM and his family. That is to say, they have been accused of many things but again, as far as I know, not been formally charged with any crimes; what we might call indicted. The primary area of focus to date has been a huge land deal in Ratchada which his Wife orchestrated, supposedly with help from the Government. The Bangkok Post article might have been more accurately phrased: ...return home to fight accusations of wrongdoing in accordance with the several on-going investigations.
