I don't mind rules but why can they not be consistent. At least within UK airports.
Zone R - "No, you can leave your liquids in your bags"
T1 domestic - try and guess which queues are being asked to take shoes off
LHR - laptops in the bags
LCY - laptops out of the bags
And as for belts, coins, or whether a hoodie counts as a jacket... or the rudeness/incompetence of yellow jacket BAA staff...
Please can we have some consistency! And more lines open when it is busy.
And I too can't see the real difference between 100ml and 120ml containers (especially as according to the papers you can make your explosive with 100ml)
Is it possible to get a letter from your doctor/optician confirming medical need for a certain lens solution?
