I always try to go during non-peak times. Mid-afternoon on a Saturday is best IMHO.
It was not a "peak" period. The only long line was the First/1K/Business.
The others were very short.
I should have just gone to one of the the other agents....but I believed the "monitor" until I had time to think about it.
