Do not take the southern way around the beltway ... it is much longer and you are likely to get stuck in bridge traffic. It should be fine going north around the city that early in the morning. I would also avoid BW parkway and just take I-95 to 195.

Skip bwi run parking lots. The three best to use are Econopark Express, preflight, or airportfastpark as previously mentioned. The first two might not be easy to find if you are unfamiliar with the area.
