Except when it's a codeshare and the metal is BA, then it's as per the rules of the marketing airline:
AY or IB codeshare on BA - miles/TPs as per AY/IB
MA codeshare on BA - miles/TPs as per MA in about 7 months time (if you are lucky)
SN codeshare on BA - miles as per SN, no TPs
Likewise, if you book a OW/partner airline, using a non-OW/non-partner airline line, you get a big fat nothing.
SU codeshare on AY metal - nothing
CY code on SN- nothing
So, you basically always get the lower of what the marketing airline/operating airline would give.
