I keep my eye on your thread on AeroflotBonus's forum.
As far as I understand your two flights DL6464, and DL6468 were not qualified for earning miles because you flew Delta Connection rather than Delta.
I often heard that you may not receive miles if the flight was operated by a partner, and the partner wasn’t a SkyTeam member. E.g. flights operated by Aeroflot partners (Rossiya, Aeroflot Don, and Aeroflot North) aren't qualified for earning miles in spite of the fact that you buy Aeroflot tickets at Aeroflot office, and flight number begins with SUxxx. Just because the partners aren't SkyTeam members.
But the previous year I flew DL5487 (operated by Comair), and DL6244 (operated by Chautauqua Airlines); and I received the miles for those two flights.
Nobody understands such practice. When book a ticket you never know for sure if the flight is eligible for earning miles. That why I had to choose another FFP instead of AeroflotBonus
