Finnair Customer Relations
I contacted Finnair's Customer Relations team almost three weeks ago. This was in relation to their poor handling of customers hit by a 14 hour delay on a long-haul flight. So I got poor service from Finnair's ground staff and am now getting poor service from Finnair's office staff! It's a shame, because Finnair's cabin crew actually do work hard to give customers a good experience in-flight (especially if you are in Business Class, as I was on this occasion).
I did receive a confirmation SMS from Finnair to say they had received my complaint and handled these in the order they were received. Clearly Finnair is handling a lot of complaints at the moment! Does anyone else have any experience of such delays?
Does anyone know who in the Finnair Management Team is responsible for Customer Service (and ideally their email address)? I'm tempted to escalate this further ...
