Quick call to inside sales... if your fare basis is WOE14NRWEB -> that means your ticket was a 10% or 5% fare of the WOE14NR fare *PUBLISHED*... because they can't designate your name for a discount (we use Vallier/NATE*SRC *MIL *INF *INS as name designators for Senior, Military, Infant in Seat, Infant on lap fares)...

now WEO14NR/WEB means it's an E-Fare from what they said...
