I just noticed this the other day, fare basis was: W14PNXPZ/WEB. This printed in the ticket designator box on my receipt.

I've had lots of "run-ins" at the counter and gate with agents saying web fares are not upgradeable across the board, and I'm saddened to think that this highlight will only complicate things further.
