AC J-class Food - Possibly the Worst in the World

There have been related threads, I know, but here goes anyway.

I have had a number of flights in J-class in the past few months through a combination of paid tickets, SWUG's and one courtesy upgrade, all on a 777, a 763 or yours and my favourite, the infamous 767-200

A one-liner has come to haunt me: "Chicken or Salmon", "Chicken or Salmon". Quite honestly the food was better back in the days when there were Y-meals. The rice is invariably soggy, the chicken is hard, there does not appear to be any seasoning, no desserts are served and to sum up, the food is just plain awful (with the exception of the chocolate!) and the salads, oh yes the salads - can't remember. And of course on other threads folks have raved about the wines and I must say they are good. Is the salmon tasty? I never order it. I'm a halibut man.

What is the rationale for AC serving perhaps the worst food in the industry in business class??????
