We did DFW-OGG over the summer in 767 NGBC - perfectly comfortable. With the 2-2-2 layout, you can each have an aisle seat in the center group of seats - plenty of room and sevice was fine. Given the length of that flight, I'd avoid the 757 if at all possible.
