The NRT and HKG flights from SIN on March 4 are trial flights out of T3 to test the operational readiness of the new terminal. This is only a 1 day trial. The NRT and HKG flights will move back to T1 on March 5.
The move to T3 is March 28.
Oh I see. I guess I'll be part of the lucky ones to experience these trial flights.
