First post for me on FT. Flew a lot as a kid but never one on airline. Now that I'm based out of San Francisco, I'm shooting for 2P or maybe 1P on United.

Flying SFO-PEK in May and returning NRT-SFO a week later. Assume I have about 2.5k for these two legs but obviously, cheaper is better. And yes, I know, this really isn't a MR, more of a slightly convoluted routing, but I'd still appreciate the forum's help

For the outbound route, I've found this:

SQ 15 and SQ 802: SFO-ICN-SIN-PEK
$1040.40 and 11,310 miles
Perks: It's SQ and SQ 15 is on operated on the 77W

Looked at flying SQ for NRT-SFO but the price was 5k

1. What do you guys think of my first leg?
2. What *A flights would you recommend for the return?
