I haven't flown flown to HNL or OGG, but all the 767s in AA's fleet have NGBC. I can't imagine that the 757 in F can be all that much better than regular domestic. This is pure speculation but I imagine that the service might be like transcon 757 service...you might get a menu, warm nuts, and dine on request. YMMV. I'd recommend the 767 any day.
