US: PVD-ATL A fare $584

This came across on the Farecompare feed for PVD.

Not quite sure how to apply this more effectively as an restricted A fare. It appears to be a Y-Up I think with the fare rules stating 3 transfers are permitted in each direction. In the simplest form I got PVD-CLT-ATL round-trip to price out for 4/4-4/6 as an example.
