Hi. I am not a frequent traveler and desperately need advice on traveling to BWI airport in Baltimore MD. I am leaving from Centreville VA and driving I-66 to the beltway (495) back to I-95.

I need advice on HOV lanes (can I get off where I need to), parking at BWI (anyone used the express parking on a Thursday?). Has anyone done the commute from Northern VA to BWI for a 9isham flight? I am flying Southwest.

If there is a better forum to ask this question, please let me know as well.
