I booked a BF award ticket April 16 to May 7th EWR-DEL, BOM-AMS-EWR two weeks ago - and I did it online, without help from any agents. All for 120,000 miles.

The only problem I ran into was when BF seats were showing up on AF routes, and after clicking through, they were being booked in Economy. I gave up and booked NW from BOM-AMS and CO from AMS-EWR. Again, all this online. I guess the online reward booking works once in a while.

I forgot to waitlist myself for BOM-EWR non-stop. I'll have to do it when I get back from my current trip.
