I have always earned miles for my tickets booked through any site except for Priceline "Name Your Own Price" tickets (which I haven't used in years) where you "bid" on the tickets. For the standard select your flight option Priceline works just like any other site except they don't charge booking fees. Note that in the case of US Airways Priceline is actually cheaper than USAirways.com since they also charge an added fee for booking on their site that Priceline does not.
