Maybe it's a factor to you, but it was part of long conversation with the employee and I am herein responding to a poster's question. As far as I'm concerned, it is completely inconsequential to my complaint. It makes it no less "small" of a Westin to go from extending a gift, to now "promoting their breakfast" as another poster said.

That is not how I made the hotel sound--that is how they made themselves look to a frequent customer.
