For the one road? BTW, the one intersection under construction (between the beach and Spouting Horn) has FINALLY opened, but STILL under construction.

Actually, like Mary2e, it seems to me like there are fewer now. I haven't seen ANY chicks at all. My sister just left and claims there are far fewer than two years ago when she was here (although I think it just might have been that two years ago they had all congregated on higher ground (the year of the 40 days and 40 nights of rain).
