No specific enough T&Cs are posted - is this only for full-J fares, or also C/D or even I? The wording is rather unclear: "normal return fare" and "Changes and cancellations are permitted free of charge". Seems to exclude I, but what about C/D, which both are also fully refundable and changeable without penalty.
