Booking the Cook – with an Aeroplan reward ticket

I was wondering if there was a way to “Book the Cook” if I am flying SQ Business class with an Air Canada Aeroplan reward ticket. From the SQ website it asks for your booking reference number and name details but it doesn’t accept the booking reference number from the AC Aeroplan reward ticket.

My reward ticket includes return travel on SQ from LAX to Singapore as well as Singapore to Perth and Singapore to Shanghai. For the flights departing from Singapore I can download a book the cook request from that can be faxed to them but I not able to do the same for the LAX – Singapore Sector. Any ideas as to who I can call/email to get a proper reference number so I can “Book the Cook”.
