Contact Guest Relations but be aware that you booked a rate through a third party website (Travelocity) and that case yr PCR Plat. Ambass status do not count. If the hotel does honor anything based on yr card then it is out of courtesy not becaus they have to..

Travelocity contacted the hotel but was most likely be told that they were full booked to the block reservation from Travelocity. IC Boston did not close booking online by their own mistake. Whatever rate you have booked there, is the rate which you should pay. If they charge you more then they are wrong. They can upgrade you if they would have the room but they are fully booked and therefor try to accommodate you in other roomtype. They made a mistake in their internet channel and IC Boston should solve their problem.
