I think you're out of your mind flying OAK ==> LAX on UA. (Just kidding!) All flights are RJ's operated as UX by SkyWest with cramped seating andno F/C cabin. (AA plays the same game with its Eagle subsidiary.)
AS flies OAK ==> SNA on 737's with a F/C cabin at a cheaper price. And, of course, UA flies lots of flights every day SFO ==? LAX in 737's with a F/C cabin.
