Went to O'Farrell. Three people working, one was Mr. Fox, one was Carol, and the third (who was helping me) wore no name tag. She was polite, but didn't go out of her way to treat me like a wanted customer. Refused to pre-assign a seat for my fiancee's flight in 2 weeks. (Transcon, 777, so plenty of seats). And gave me a lecture when I asked if I could switch my Maui upgrade (Sept) from miles (2x2x15,000) to 500-mile certs. "Big no-no. You are definitely not allowed to do that. Ohh No..."
All in all, an annoying experience, but it got me out of the house.
