I have a few things to take care of at a CTO, and I have not been to any of them in the Bay Area. Would prefer one in the city (SF). Which one should I try? Any employees in particular?

-issuing an award ticket for my fiancee
-converting an upcoming Hawaii itinerary upgrade from miles to 500-mile certs
