Resurrecting an old thread as the Ultimate sticky does not cover this point.
Did anyone ever find out if Row 9 on an A320 reclines. It is in front of the 2 exit rows so I assume not, but I would like to know for sure as I have just booked an ET flight to LHR for the grand old price of €75 ^ from OTP (to escape the madness that will be the Nato Summit), and was placed in 9A.

I have since moved myself to 11A (2nd exit row) but may have made a mistake.
Any new advice would be most welcome.
