Maybe nothing to this but.........my friend and I fly often on the same international route, friend is PE and ALWAYS gets miles pulled for the upgrade. From the same agent nothing was said to me from the agent other than "have a good flight". This has happened several times in the last year, this is as it should be in my opinion. I treat my best customers a little bit better than my other customers, and I think most people in the business world understand this. Kind of the same as Hertz taking the best customers directly to the rental car but taking the other customers to the rental office.
