never look a comp in the face. the ug was free (100,000 miles/100 segs/$30,0000) to begin with.

would you pay full fare retail for all of your tickets? do you even think they sell more than 2% of the tickets on any given flight for the same price?

take it and move on as compensation for a future issue that you do not complain about.
