Service to some international destinations (Central America and northern South America, for example) is Business but not BusinessElite. Standards are higher than Domestic First, lower than BusinessElite.
Service on some domestic flights (usually flight numbers that have an international segment) is labeled Business class, but is essentially the same as Domestic First.
