MP called me today: do I know about EasyUpdate and Easy CheckIn?
I got a call today from a Keith or Kevin at MP (forgive me: I took the OGG-SFO red-eye last night and have been in a daze all day), calling to thank me for my loyalty to United and to make sure I knew about EasyUpdate (I said that I already use it) and Easy Checkin (again, I said I already use it). At that point he again thanked me for my business and hung up.
In retrospect, I wish I'd been more awake to ask whether he was just from a marketing firm hired for these outcalls or actually with UA and also if he was calling 1Ks alone or 1Ps and 2Ps too.
Anyone else received a call?
