Definitely doable. You'd need to catch the ICE at 0842 from FRA to the main station.
However, the better alternative would be not to go via the main station:
Take the 0854 to Mannheim and change there into the same ICE to Paris. You have 17 minutes to connect in Mannheim (a very safe connection) compared to only 8 minutes at Frankfurt main station. Plus, Mannheim is much more convenient to change trains than Frankfurt.
I'd either take an earlier train to the main station (0802, 0817, 0822, 0832 from the regional station, 0814 from the long distance station) or the 0854 to Mannheim, but I'd avoid the 0842, unless it's really punctual. A delay of just three minutes would seriously reduces your chances at the main station, it's notorious for long walking distances.
If the 0854 is not delayed by more than 15 minutes (which is extremely rare), you'll be fine. Just ask the staff about the 0854's status as soon as you get there in order to be able to go to the main station, just in case.
EDIT: So that's what you get for finishing a posting an hour after starting it. Without checking what has been written in the meantime ;-)
