This flight was added when AirTran bought a DCA "landing slot" from ATA airlines when they pulled out of DCA. It has been showing up as "subject to gov't approval" for months. I guess the DOT is taking their time approving the trade. I wouldn't worry about it, but if the DOT pulled approval AirTran would probably re-book you on another flight.
