A quick shower ? You must be joking? The SEN lounge has 4 showers and they are chronically booked early in the morning. Nontheless, you will not have time for a shower if you want to get to the Hauptbahnhof in 1:20 !

Without checked luggage it should be possible, with luggage not.

Good suggestion to take the train to Mannheim from the Airport Fernbahnhof allanhuk!
