So lets assume your flight is on time.
Lets also assume you have no checked in luggage.

There are two train stations. Long Distance and Regional. Both have trains to the Hauptbahnhof. Go to the station for local trains, not the Fernbahnhof. The service from there is more frequent.
Walking time from Gate thru immigration should be around 15 min or so. TrainMaximum waiting time for the train 15 min. Travel time is 15 min approx. Then plan for another 10 min walking to the right platform in the main station.
So about 1 hour.

Doable. But if your inbound is late or the train is late it will be very tight.
And with check in luggage it is almost impossible.
