For example, your Diamond level expired in September 2005. September 2008 you didnt reach the 40T miles needed for retention(you were able to accumulate only 15,000 miles). From October 2008-October 2011 you only reach 34,000 miles, and you reached your 40,000 miles on October 2012...would they reinstate your diamond class again or is that a consecutive 3 yr program wherein from the time you were downgraded(Sept 2008) you have to accumulate 40,000 flying miles till sept 2011?
