I have been elite on HP/US for 9 of the last 11 years. Being based in PHX, the earlier days were with HP. I have to say that post-merger, things are much worse....the service, the faires, the cleanliness (or lack thereof), the maintenance, etc. Having always been low level elite (Silver/Gold), securing an upgrade post-merger is significantly tougher these days.

I no longer go out of my way to fly US and have given up even trying to maintain elite status with them. Frankly, WN is looking better than ever!
