I believe there's a whole team of SU agents who use that handle on their forum.
That said, I concur with the posters above that you should call DL (or whatever SkyTeam airline you're flying) before the flght and ask them to add your SU number to the PNR. Doing so at check-in is hit and miss - how many DL agents on the ground in the US will have heard of SU?
