My only experience with ANA is that you may not get any benefits as a PLAT. I haven't stayed at Osaka but at Nagoya I didn't get anything and when questioned it was the "We're completely booked out" answer. ANA does not get the same perks as IC, nor is it quite a CP. The ANA IC Tokyo as an example is almost impossible to get any upgrade
