Right now I count the following airlines with fully-flat Business Class seats (installed or announced):
* Continental
* British Airways
* Cathay Pacific
* Singapore
* as of a couple of days ago, Qantas (see http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum39/HTML/000679.html
